Hello! I'm Trisha.
Before I found fitness and nutrition I had worked in bars and restaurants, doctors offices, a cleaning company, a retirement home, a drug store, on an assembly line and as administrative support in several different types of businesses, including an addiction and mental health facility where I got to provide a therapy dog. I've had a lot of jobs figuring out what was right for me and for a long time it seemed like everyone around me had their lives figured out while I always felt like I was starting over but now I feel pretty grateful for all those experiences helping to get me to where I am.
A few things to know about me:
- I'm a bookworm with a collection of thousands of books
- I eat predominantly plant based and love to cook and try new recipes - I've also recently started making sourdough bread and am working my way through Artisan Bryan's cookbook (kind of obsessed)
- I live outside of Toronto, Ontario with my husband, Andrew, and our two dogs, Sprocket and Zoe (named for Muppets - because I LOVE The Muppets)
